Merabah ! Des l'entrée, personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. La serveuse a été très prévenante et bienveillante. La sauce biggy un délice ainsi que le. Boulghour et la galette . Je recommande et jy reviendrai .

I had the best adana and doner kebab Sandwiches upon my arrival to paris which absolutely made my day. ..the staff are incredibly friendly and the place is outstandingly clean ..prices are reasonable and the menu is fantastically rich with almost all the Turkish cuisines...glad my hotel is close so as to not worry about what to eat during my staying in Paris

"2 dalles sur la place San Marco" il est drôle qu'on parle si souvent de la "madeleine de Proust" sans jamais vraiment la comprendre. en réalité, l'épisode de la madeleine apparaît dans les toutes premières pages de La Recherche, lorsque le narrateur, trempant une madeleine dans son thé, se retrouve plongé dans ses années d'enfance avec l'impression étrange que la frontière entre les années, le temps d'un instant, avait disparu. en ce sens, le kebab du Bolivar est très certainement assimilable à cette madeleine : comme elle, il m'a transporté dans ma jeunesse, une époque où on ne proposait pas de galette et que le sandwich grec se mangeait uniquement avec un savant mélange d'harissa et de sauce blanche. au premier croc, les lambeaux de la broche explosent sous le palais et un coup d'oeil aiguisé permet de reconnaître dans l'assiette une véritable superposition de morceaux de dindes, macérés dans les épices et lentement cuits à la flamme. mais je crois que l'image de la madeleine n'est pas suffisante pour comprendre la véritable essence de ce sentiment. il faut pour cela poursuivre La Recherche, la pénétrer jusqu'à son dernier appendice : Le Temps retrouvé. Le narrateur se trouve cette fois-ci dans un salon parisien. en marchant, il trébuche sur deux lattes qui ne sont pas alignées ; il est aussi tôt transporté à Venise où, des années plus tôt, il avait vécu ce même trébuchement entre deux dalles de la place San Marco. je crois que cette image est nécessaire pour compléter celle de la madeleine : car on comprend qu'il ne s'agit pas seulement de la reconnaissance d'un sens, le goût, mais plutôt la chute toute entière du corps, sorte de déséquilibre funambuliste, qui caractérise le voyage dans le temps : la sensation physique accompagne l'impression sensible. c'est précisément ce sentiment de chute, ce trouble de l'oreille interne pendant lequel le monde entier semble s'effondrer, qui symbolise le mieux les délicieux sandwichs du Bolivar. merci chef.
